1. Planning Phase

2. Production Phase

Week 1

QA team will perform 100% QA to ensure the coder is following the process & coding guidelines/Client specifications.

Week 2

QA team will confirm the coder quality consistency and efficiency, educate the coder on knowledge gaps, and reduce the QA percentage to 75%.

Week 3

QA team will work on coders' quality improvement and simultaneously address the coders' knowledge gaps and calibration.

Week 4

QA team will continue to monitor the coders' quality consistency, efficiency, and reduce QA percentage to 25%.

Week 5

QA team will continuously monitor the coders' quality, consistency, and efficiency, and consistently perform 5% QA.

If at any point in this process, the coders' quality consistency falls below the expected threshold, the level of QA% reverts to the higher level of percentage.

We monitor the coders accuracy on daily/weekly/monthly basis and take necessary action plan to improve the quality and accuracy based on key error parameters.

We educate the coders in the first hour before start of production, will provide their errors feedback and training on any other new scenarios.

We also conduct daily huddle for 30 minutes on key areas including

1. Industry coding updates & Client updates
2. New cases scenarios
3. Refresher training
4. Error feed back session
5. Verbal question on coding concepts
6. Also, We will conduct processknowledge test on Daily/Weekly/Monthlybasis to ensure the coder follows the guidelines perfectly.
